Born and raised in Russia, 20 years in Australia.

Always passionate about guiding children through life and helping them become well-rounded human beings with high moral values, I worked as a teacher of English as a second language back in Russia. Having moved to Australia, where the English language is native to most of the children, I turned to my love for art and picture books as the medium to continue my work with children.

I am finishing my Bachelor degree in Design, specializing in Illustration and Animation. I have also studied creative writing for children. My next step is to get an Honors degree in children’s picture book illustration.
